Zwirbel Team...

I'm Zwirbel, a mythical cow from Switzerland. I want to be the smartest and best cow in the world."Zwirbel is an international non profit organization which creates projects for children and young adults with the financial and creative help of firms, organizations and cities throughout the world. The projects center on themes such as society, animals, nature and environmental questions using mythical creatures. Zwirbel travels around the world where he meets with the creatures and mascots of each project. There are many simultaneous Zwirbel projects which may stand on their own but are often intertwined with each other. Zwirbel projects are independent of politics or confession.

Many voluntary specialists throughout the world make up the team behind Zwirbel. We see nature and the universe as the beginning of a fun challenge for children and young adults which they can meet through the Zwirbel projects. Volunteers help bring these projects to life. The story of the young cow Zwirbel quickly shows that Swiss are more than just cow people: mostly we are people open to the world and the challenges it bears.
