Zwirbel´s 1st Birthdays
I was born in Castle leuk, on June 16th in the year 2000. I was born into a pretty crazy family and so far I‘ve led a
weird and extraordinary life, or so I assume when I compare my life to the lives of my neighbours.
My mother told me that the year I
was born was the beginning of a new millennium. She said, the new millennium would bring many good changes and better the world for cows
and people alike. I don‘t know.
So far my life couldn‘t have been improved much.
I was shocked when I looked in the mirror and saw my birthday dress.„Is this how I‘m supposed to look from now on?“ „No!“, the sculptor assured me.
„Creations often look awkward in the beginning. First I work on the rough details, the beauty comes later.“
That I didn‘t quite understand. How can you make beauty out of awkwardness?
The children of Köthen decided to paint me a new dress. Will I look even more beautiful on my second birthday? I sure won‘t have more fun!

Birthday party in Köthen
For my first birthday I got a new coat of paint and was allowed to go to Köthen/Anhalt in Germany. That was fun! Many people of
all ages came to my party and even the major congratulated me. I‘m very proud of the crown of flowers they gave me. Köthen I
also got one new guardians.
It was a wonderful 1. Birthday!
